Formulated specifically as a powder to make the product easier to handle, Bondi Chai has an impressive two year shelf life when stored under stable conditions.
It includes 3% black tea along with comfort spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and star anise. Low in Caffeine, a 180ml chai latte has 25mg of caffeine, compared to brewed tea which has 40-60mg and brewed coffee at 80-135mg, making it a fantastic alternative as well as being Gluten Free.
Its simplicity to use makes Bondi Chai accessible to every household. Just add two heaped teaspoons of powder to 180ml of milk and either inject steam until frothy or heat in a microwave or stovetop. There is no grinding or steeping time required.
Its solubility makes it an extremely versatile product that can be used all year round. Bondi Chai can be consumed as a hot latte and even added to coffee or drinking chocolate.
