Postage

The Chai Bus chooses to use the Australia Post Express network for all orders placed via our website.

Our Express Postage Prices start from

500g express post satchel is: $9.00
3kg express post satchel is: $12.50
5kg express post satchel is: $21.00

During check out the total weight of your order including packaging is calculated automatically and the best postage price available will be displayed. For orders over 5kgs a combination of the above Express Satchels is used.

Upon orders being processed, a reply email will be sent within 48 hours confirming a dispatch date and satchel number. This email also serves as an official receipt for your purchase as the Chai Bus avoids the use of paper based records in an effort to minimise waste.

This satchel number should be retained as reference with Australia Post in the event you wish to confirm the delivery of your product.

Alternatively the Chai Bus now offers an 'Express Post Platinum' satchel that provides a 'track & trace' style of delivery. The number from these satchels can be entered into the Australia Post website to locate the exact location of your product at any time after dispatch. Please note as this service requires the satchel to be signed for upon delivery, it is not able to be sent to a PO Box number.

For your convenience please provide a delivery address during working hours such as your work address etc.

Although the Chai Bus makes every effort to have your order processed and delivered as quickly as possible, we are not able to take responsibility for the product AFTER dispatch.
